About the accommodation
The holiday apartment is located in a half-timbered house built in 1913 directly on the Rur and only 500 meters from the center of Monschau. Originally built as a ballroom for the citizens of Monschau, it was later used as a gym. After it stood empty for over 10 years, the building was completely renovated and many of the original elements of the gym were used as furniture.
The holiday apartment "caretaker's apartment" is suitable for 4 people and extends over two floors. On the ground floor there is the living-dining area with an open kitchen, dining table for 4 people, a sofa corner with a TV and the bathroom with a washbasin, shower and toilet. On the upper floor there are the two double rooms with wonderful box spring beds. The first double room is a walk-through room!
The holiday apartment has its own entrance, a parking space for your car and its own terrace, which invites you to linger.
