About the accommodation
The holiday apartment is located in a half-timbered house built in 1913 directly on the Rur and only 500 meters from the center of Monschau. Originally built as a ballroom for the citizens of Monschau, it was later used as a gym. After it stood empty for over 10 years, the building was completely renovated and many of the original elements of the gym were used as furniture.
The Rosenthal holiday apartment is suitable for 4-6 people and extends over two floors. On the ground floor there is the living-dining room with the open kitchen and the bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet. The living-dining room has a dining table with 6 chairs and a sofa corner with TV. The two bedrooms are on the upper floor. One bedroom has 2 single box spring beds and the other bedroom has 4 single box spring beds. The apartment has its own entrance, its own terrace that invites you to linger, and a parking space for your car.
Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for people with physical disabilities.
The center of Monschau can be reached on foot in two minutes. There are numerous historic buildings, quaint shops and restaurants with cozy terraces.
Monschau is an ideal starting point for numerous mountain bike and hiking tours.
